Whereas: JB Pritzker’s gun control agenda is designed to disarm every law-abiding gun owner in the state, leaving us helpless to stop violent criminals and tyrants alike; and
Whereas: HB-43 would begin the process of forcing law abiding citizens to purchase and maintain civil liability insurance as a condition of applying for a FOID Card; and
Whereas: HB-3320 would charge gun manufacturers a permit to operate in Illinois, equal to the cost of ‘gun violence.’ This money would be given to criminals shot while committing crimes; and
Whereas: HB-1177 would increase the taxes on firearms and firearms components by an additional 3.75%. This money would go to hire Pritzker’s friends, to study the ‘gun violence.’
Therefore: As your constituent, I insist that you VOTE NO on each one of these bills, or pay the price during the 2026 midterms! The Illinois Firearms Association will keep me informed of your votes on these bills.
