Illinois’ legislative session is officially underway in Springfield — and Democrats are already moving fast on HB-3320, what they are calling the RIFL Act.
This bill is JB Pritzker’s top gun control priority.
And make no mistake: HB-3320 is designed to obliterate gun rights in Illinois.
It would drive firearm manufacturers out of the state, shut down lawful gun sales, and reward violent criminals — all while law-abiding citizens are left defenseless.
Here’s a reminder of what HB-3320 does:
➡ Forces gun manufacturers to pay a new “license fee” to the State of Illinois — with no cap.
The amount would be equal to the cost of ‘gun violence’ in Illinois (Pritzker says it’s $866 million), divided by the number of guns manufactured in Illinois, times the number each company makes.
➡ Makes it a crime for FFLs to sell firearms from any manufacturer that doesn’t pay this new license fee.
This section is designed to end all firearms sales in Illinois. Dealers who disobey would face $10,000 fines per transaction.
➡ And worst of all, it lets violent criminals who get shot while committing violent crime collect this money — covering “lost wages,” relocation, medical care, even funeral costs!
Imagine two pieces of trash drug dealers getting into a shootout in Joliet over ‘territory.’ They both get shot, but don’t die. They would both get $$$ under this stupid bill!
This is one of the most extreme gun control bills Illinois has ever seen. And dozens of Democrats are lining up behind it.

That’s a growing bloc of Democrats who believe gun owners are too beaten down to fight back. We need to show them that they are wrong, or this is going to move fast.
That cannot happen.
The Illinois Firearms Association is mobilizing opposition right now — and the first step is flooding Springfield with signed petitions demanding lawmakers VOTE NO on HB-3320.
If we get loud enough, vulnerable Democrats will know that they are going to pay the price for this during the upcoming midterms.
This is how we hold the line.
