Whereas:   J.B. Pritzker wants to run for President in 2028 and is desperate to prove to the Democratic base that he’s willing to pass legislation to completely disarm law abiding gun owners; and

Whereas:   Pritzker’s bill to register all ammo sales in the State of Illinois wouldn’t stop a single criminal, is a total violation of the Bruen decision, and creates another way for Pritzker to track, register and trace gun owners as though we’re sex offenders; and

Whereas:   Pritzker’s attempt to force gun owners to give the state a list of our social media profiles so they can be reviewed for ‘hateful speech’ when we apply for a FOID card is a blatant attempt to disarm law abiding gun owners; and

Whereas:   Gun owners gave President Trump more votes in Illinois last year than any Republican candidate in almost 40 years, proving that we’re getting more organized by the day.

Therefore:   As your constituent, I insist that you VOTE NO on both of these bills! The Illinois Firearms Association will keep me informed on your votes.
